Invites are tracked per performer, so a decline never takes the gig down with it.
What to do
- Open the gig in Gig Planner and check the line-up status.
- Remove the performer who declined, or leave them pending while you sort a replacement.
- Add your dep from Performers (or invite them by email — they can join as a guest performer).
- Reassign the split percentage. Fees, GST, super and net all recalculate on the spot.
