How do I prepare Stage Connect for a show with no Wi-Fi?

Save the set to the host device, wake the audio, and use the count-in.

Before you leave for the gig

  1. Open Stage Connect on the host device and queue your setlist.
  2. Tap Save set for offline play and wait for Ready for offline play.
  3. Check each song shows Stems ready.

At the venue

  1. If you see Tap to enable audio, tap it once. Phones and iPads need a tap before they play sound.
  2. Wait for Loading stems to reach the full count (for example 6/6). If a stem is slow, the song still plays with the parts that are ready.
  3. Cue a song and wait for Tempo locked. If it can't lock in about eight seconds, the saved tempo is used.
  4. Tap Count in & play for a two-bar count. Beat 1 flashes amber. The tempo then stays fixed for the whole song.

Do a full soundcheck with every device you'll use on stage.
