Each gig page has a What this gig made card. It shows the fee (excluding GST), minus any costs you logged against that gig in Accounts (fuel, sound hire, rehearsal rooms), minus what performers were paid. To make it accurate, choose the gig when you add an expense in Accounts. A PDF guide is in the Accounts How To guide.
